Like all little girls, playing dress-up as a child was always a huge highlight for Ana. While growing up she had the luxury of watching her mother work as a make-up artist for personal clients in Miami Beach as well as a high profile stint working with the Miss Universe organization and pageants.

Naturally, Ana became enamored with art of all forms and grasped her medium. She decided to pursue her passion for make-up artistry and hair design.

"I am inspired by the individual beauty in all people... I really listen to all of my clients and I "see" them as flawless blank canvas."

Studying abroad gave Ana the privilege of obtaining her Master's Degree in Milan, Italy. Along the way she was exposed to several different cultures which allowed her to discover the amazing variety of inspirations throughout the world. This became an integral part of her style. Ana has gained much experience working for amazing lines such as Urban Decay, Hard Candy, Toni & Tina, and MAC.

"Painting was always a passion for me and I have aligned a lot of the techniques used with painting when I am working with make-up. I am not intimidated by color but also know when a mild touch is needed."

Ana is one of the most sought after makeup and hair designers for movies, videos, commercials, and editorials. Her work can be seen anywhere from Bridal Magazines to Playboy... and of course on her fabulous clients themselves.

As she continues to make her mark on the world, one brush stroke at a time, Ana is confident that her decision to follow her passion has led to the creation of Applied Cosmetic Services. ACS has become as gratifying for her as it is for her clients!
