The 14 CFR Part 145 certification process provides for interaction between the applicant and the FAA from initial inquiry to certificate issuance. It ensures that programs, systems, and intended methods of compliance are thoroughly reviewed, evaluated, and tested. Any questions about this process should be directed to the nearest Flight Standards District Office (FSDO).

The Agency is committed to develop and monitor its own management standards and learn from international best practice. We intend to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide a service that meets stakeholders’ expectations and applicable regulatory requirements, ultimately a high level of aviation safety and environmental protection in Europe. We also aim at enhancing our services through the effective application of the Integrated Management System, including processes for continual improvement. We intend to ensure our compliance with the applicable management standards, namely EASA Management Standards that take into account ISO 9001 requirements and the Internal Control Standards of the European Commission.

The CAAC Certification provides for the repair of components in ATA Chapters 21, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, 36, 49, 52, 54, 57, 71 and 73.
